30-Day Return Policy All products are subject to a 15% restocking charge. NO refunds after 30 days. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and freight pre-paid.
The product needs to be returned within 15 days of receipt of the RMA number. RMA's may be requested online by completing our Return Request form.
Note: All printer returns have a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions.
There are no exceptions on opened software or media, defects will be replaced within 30 days.
